Refund Policy

We have a no-return policy on any product purchased through our online shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you were sent the wrong item for any reason, we promise to work with you in an effort to make sure you are satisfied and receive the right item.
 
Exchanges
Although we do not accept returns, we do allow exchanges to be made for another item online. If the original item exceeds the value of the new item, we will issue a credit that is eligible to be used on any future purchases.
 
Non-exchangeable items
Any item that is personalized/customized cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
